By placing your order you agree that your order can be left at the address you supply in the event the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. You agree your order may be accepted by any parties at the address you supply and may also be left unattended.
We undertake to deliver your order on the day and to the address you supply. In the event the recipient isn't present at the time of delivery your order will most likely be left at the address you have provided. If this doesn't suit you please do not place your order. The couriers will charge to return the item to base and then also to deliver it again this is why we ask the couriers to leave the items at the address. Most people don't answer the door even when they are home when the couriers knock, this is even when the couriers can see them inside.
Deliveries to residential homes are generally anytime between 9am and 6pm. Deliveries to business are generally between 9am and 5pm. We try to deliver to schools before 4pm. You need to be reasonable with your expectations on delivery times, for example if you have placed your order at 11.am on the day you want them delivered then you need to be expecting them to be delivered late in the afternoon. It's always best to at least order the day before especially if there are any time constraints with the recipient working, leaving etc.
If you have supplied incorrect details that require your item to be redelivered you will be required to pay that cost. Bunches Florist is not required to replace your item or refund your money if you have supplied incorrect details.
Gift Vouchers
Phyisical gift vouchers can only be redeemed by presenting the original valid voucher in it's entirety at our store Bunches Florist 85 Channel Highway Kingston Tas 7050. Physical gift vouchers cannot be redeemed over the telephone or electronically.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. You must understand that flowers are a perishable item.
