Guarantee and Refund Policy

Bunches Florist guarantees the freshness, quality and value of each order. We will guarantee the vase life of the flowers for up to three days provided you have taken appropriate measures to look after the flowers correctly. Some flowers will last longer than others.  You must notify us of any problem within 72 hours from the time of delivery. 

The images in the products are not the flowers that will be in your order.  Flowers are seasonable and their availability will vary each day therefore the flowers delivered will be different to those in the photo. The purpose of the online ordering system is to give people who can't personally shop in store, the opportunity to shop online.

Flowers are a perishable product with a limited lifespan they will have and will develop marks and blemishes.

You must supply the correct details.

We will not issue a refund if you have provided the incorrect details including but not limted to the address, or if the recipient was not home and the flowers were left at the address you supplied. If you don't know if the recipient will be present and you don't want them left please do not place your order. It would be much better to order your delivery for a day when you know someone will be home. 

Flowers will be left at the recipients door unattended if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, on some occasions the flowers may be returned to our store for their collection if our couriers believe there is no suitable place to leave them.  By placing your order online this means that you agree to the flowers being left at the delivery address unattended and that Bunches Florist is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to products left unattended.
