Delivery

Valentine's Day delivery available to our own designated local areas including Kingston, Blackmans Bay, Huntingfield, Howden, Margate, Snug, Coningham, Kettering, Leslie Vale, Longley, Sandfly, Taroona and other suburbs near by (If when placing your order it allows for delivery  we will make sure it gets there if it doesn't try for the Friday another option is to collect).  We cannot deliver at a specific time or by a specific time so please don't ask for a timed delivery as we cannot do this, you are  welcome to come in and collect.

Deliveries Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 

We cannot deliver at or around a specific time of the day. If it helps you are welcome to collect your order at a nominated time and deliver it yourself at the time you wish. 

We undertake to deliver your order on the day and to the address you supply. In the event the recipient isn't present at the time of delivery your order will most likely be left unattended at the address you have provided. The courier will make an assessment,  if going to a business this will most likely be the reception or if residential the front door but could be elsewhere. If this doesn't suit you please do not place your order. We recommend that you only send your gift when you know someone will be present, that you notify the recipient to expect a delivery and that if they don't answer the door the gift will most likely be left at the premises. This means the recipient will know to be on the look out for a courier and will also be aware to look for their gift in the event they weren't present or didn't answer when the courier arrived. 

Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot meet specific requests for timed deliveries. However we can usually accommodate before 1pm or after 1pm within our own local suburb of Kingston provided you place your order at least one business day prior to delivery. Otherwise we aim to have residential deliveries completed by 6pm and business deliveries by 5pm however we do try for earlier but it depends on when you place your order and the couriers. If you wish to discuss a delivery deadline, please telephone us on 03 62297845 to ascertain if it is possible - generally there would be an additional delivery fee charged by the courier firm for an express delivery. Any reference you make to a timed delivery when placing your order online is not guaranteed by us. 

If you have supplied incorrect details that require your item to be redelivered you will be required to pay that cost. Bunches Florist is not required to replace your item or refund your money if you have supplied incorrect details.

Same day delivery Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) is possible to most major areas of Hobart and Kingston providing we have the flowers you request in stock and you have placed your order and made payment before 12pm for our local suburb of Kingston, Blackmans Bay and Huntingfield, before 10am for outer suburbs such as Hobart, Glenorchy, Rosny and the day before for other areas. However, placing your order at least one day prior to the desired delivery date will allow us a greater chance of obtaining the flowers and colours of your first choice and also executing the delivery.  Orders for delivery to outer suburbs and country areas will usually require further notice perhaps one or two days depending on the location. Usually $13 - $35 will cover most of our local areas. Outer suburbs and country areas may require more depending on what the couriers charge for the area you have requested.  Yes couriers charge to deliver goods and we have to pay them they have bills to pay and families to feed and deserve to be paid just like everyone else.

Ordering online is only available for particular local areas we can deliver to which are made available when ordering. If your delivery location isn't listed you are welcome to telephone and check, it may still be possible for a delivery to be arranged. We can also discuss and process your order over the phone. If you have placed your order too late for the delivery day you have selected you are welcome to select an alternative date.

We can organise delivery of flowers outside of our local Kingston and Hobart areas to most places within Tasmania, Interstate and Overseas. For orders going to these areas, prices and designs would need to be discussed at the time of placing your order and cannot be placed online.  Areas outside of our own delivery area will most likely require us to organise the delivery through another florist/network in which case you would be best to come in to have a look through the guide book as the prices will depend on the location and products you choose (you are also welcome to telephone to double check if it is possible).  You are also welcome to have a look at the Interflora website and order directly on there or even contact the local florist in the area you are requiring the delivery.
