Deliveries are available within our own areas Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We are also open Saturdays for collections and in-store purchases.
We undertake to deliver your order on the day and to the address you supply. In the event the recipient isn't present at the time of delivery your order will most likely be left unattended at the address you have provided. If this doesn't suit you please do not place your order. We recommend that you only send your gift when you know someone will be present, that you notify the recipient to expect a delivery and that if they don't answer the door the gift will most likely be left at the premises.
If you have supplied incorrect details that require your item to be redelivered you will be required to pay that cost. Bunches Florist is not required to replace your item or refund your money if you have supplied incorrect details.
Same day delivery Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) is possible to most major areas of Hobart and Kingston providing we have the flowers you request in stock and you have placed your order and made payment before 12pm. However, placing your order at least one day prior to the desired delivery date will allow us a greater chance of obtaining the flowers and colours of your first choice. Orders for delivery to outer suburbs and country areas will usually require further notice perhaps one or two days depending on the location. Usually $12 - $25 will cover most of our local areas. Outer suburbs and country areas may require more depending on what the couriers charge.
Ordering online is only available for particular local areas we can deliver to which are made available when ordering. If your delivery location isn't listed you are welcome to telephone and check, it may still be possible for a delivery to be arranged. We can also discuss and process your order over the phone.
We can organise delivery of flowers outside of our local Kingston and Hobart areas to most places within; Tasmania, Interstate and Overseas. For orders going to these areas, prices and designs would need to be discussed at the time of placing your order and cannot be placed online. Areas outside of our own delivery area will most likely require us to organise the delivery through another florist/network in which case you would be best to come in to have a look through the guide book as the prices will depend on the location and products you choose (you are also welcome to telephone to double check if it is possible). You are also welcome to have a look at the Interflora website and order directly on there or even contact the local florist in the area you are requiring the delivery.
