Whatever the theme you have in mind, we can help you design your entire wedding flower ensemble from Church arrangements to bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and table pieces.
Some designs to consider for your bouquet:
Formal Posy: small, round, slightly domed finish with circle of neat foliage. Roses are a popular choice for a formal posy.
Teardrop Bouquet: This is a structured, formal round topped bouquet trailing down into a tear drop shape. Lilliums, roses, orchids, lisianthus and many other flowers are suited to a teardop style.
Arm Spray: The arm spray can be a loosely arranged collection of flowers or a classical, elegant spray tied towards the base.
Cascade Bouquet: Usually an unstructured array of lillies, roses, tulips, with many cascading sprays of ivy, asparagus fern and flowing flowers such as dendrobium orchids.
Trailing Bouquet: Similar to the Cascading bouquet but with a more tapered finish, usually one central trail.
Hair: Continue your theme with a stunning headdress. Fresh flowers make a great finish to any bridal hairstyle.
Gerberas work well in wedding posies, especially when secondary flowers such as freesias and alstroemerias are strategically placed throughout to help soften the look. Some brides prefer gerberas on their own and this would be a personal choice for the bride to make.
Roses are well suited for weddings flowers and come in a great range of colours most of which are available all year round. Wiring and taping of roses is usually necessary to minimise the risk of the blooms breaking and bending during the wedding.
Corsages are usually worn by ladies for example, the mothers of the bride and groom ,grandmothers and master of ceromies. Tulips, roses, carnations, small natives, freesias, orchids are suitable.
