By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Bunches Florist may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Refunds
Please call our florists on 1800bunches to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the flowers you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

We strongly suggest that you only organise your gift to be delivered on a day which you know the recipient will be present. We do not accept responsibilty for the loss or damage of your order once delivered to the address supplied.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online, over the telephone or in store are credited back in the original method paid.

Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Bunches Florist does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.

Currency
All prices on bunches.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Alcohol
All alcoholic products offered for sale by Bunches Florist are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years and are not available for delivery to persons under the age of 18.

Substitutions
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the date and by the time requested. However, we endeavour to construct the design as close as possible to the image displayed which you have chosen.

Flowers are seasonal and there may be circumstances where the type of flower displayed may not be available in these rare circumstances we will need to substitute a flower of similar colour and or shape.

Where a design is shown as one type of flower for example a bouquet of roses then we will not substitute another type of flower. If in the rare circumstance we are not able to supply roses or the flower in question we will always contact you to discuss another alternative.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Same day delivery is possible to most major areas in Australia if your order is received before 12pm. However placing your order at least one day prior to delivery would allow us a greater chance of obtaining the flowers and colours of your first choice. Country areas may require a little more notice. We will always contact you if delivery cannot be arranged on the day you have requested.

*Standard Delivery means any time before 5pm to a business and 7pm to a residence.

*Timed deliveries before 1pm must be received by 9am.

We deliver just about anywhere in Australia but specialise in delivering our own designs throughout Tasmania.
