Bunches Florist take great care with delivering your flowers in prime condition.
Please ensure the address you have supplied is correct as redelivery will incur a fee (couriers charge for each delivery). We are unable to accept responsibility for non delivery if you have supplied the incorrect address.
We undertake to deliver your gift on the day requested and to the address requested.
In the event the recipient is not present at the time of delivery your flowers will be left at the address you have supplied. We suggest you only send flowers if you are aware the recipient will be home on the day of delivery. If you are aware that the recipient will not be home until late in the day then we would recommend selecting the timed delivery after 1pm likewise if you are aware that the recipient will only be home before 1pm then choose the timed delivery before 1pm.
In some circumstances the courier may determine it is not safe to leave the flowers. If this occurs we may need to make alternative arrangements which may include a redelivery fee and or contacting the recipient to arrange collection or an alternative delivery.
Bunches Florist deliver to most major areas including cities, towns and suburbs Monday through to Saturday. Country and remote area deliveries are usually only possible Monday through to Friday. Some country areas may only be accessible by couriers on particular days.
We will always contact you if we cannot arrange delivery on the day you have requested.
Standard Delivery is made by 5pm to business addresses and by 7pm to residential addresses. To most areas, orders must be placed before 12pm on the desired delivery day. However, placing your order at least the day before delivery is highly recommended as this will allow our florists a greater chance of obtaining the flowers and colours of your first choice.
Please note that some areas may have an additional restricted delivery fee if this is required we will contact you to discuss your order. However, the Standard Delivery fee which is included in the advertised price covers just about anywhere in the world so it will only be on the rare occasion where an additional restricted delivery fee will be required.
We offer a timed delivery service to major cities and suburbs. There are two options
It is often possible for Bunches Florist to still offer same day delivery for orders placed after 12pm, especially if the destination is within close proximity to a major city. In these circumstances it is suggested to request best of the day as specific requests may not be possible this late in the day. You are welcome to contact us to confirm and place your order by calling 1800bunches.

Saturday Deliveries
Although we will try our very best to deliver according to your time request on Saturday, we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day. For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10am on Saturday.
Sunday Deliveries
Unfortunately we are unable to organise delivery on Sundays.
Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
ALL orders placed after 2pm on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday or public holiday will be assessed the following business day. If for some reason we need to contact you regarding your order this will be done the next business day.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Public Holidays. However we would be pleased to receive your order for delivery the following business day.
Note: We do require a local contact telephone number for the recipient.
International orders can be placed online and delivered just about anywhere in the world. Flowers will be supplied by one of our affiliated florists located in the country selected. Although we undertake to guarantee the freshest quality of seasonal flowers, we are unable to guarantee the product will look exactly the same as the picture from which you have selected. International orders quite often take longer than domestic orders to organise. Please order your gift for international delivery at least one day in advance.
